Beth Quick-Andrews , CAEBeth_0669Beth Quick-Andrews, Principal, has over 14 years of practical experience working with organizations that cover a spectrum of disciplines and industries. Whether it is board of directors facilitation, membership management, meeting planning, financial management, communications or general administration, Beth’s skills and expetise are as diverse as her clients. Beth’s mission is to work with organizations that want to streamline operations and maximize member involvement. As a managing partner, Beth is responsible for operations management that effectively serves the client.

In 1993, Beth Quick-Andrews was honored as the Missouri Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the United States Small Business Administration in recognition of her creative approach to developing a small business and significant achievements as a young business owner.Prior to that, while still completing her undergraduate work, Ms. Quick-Andrews was honored as a Missouri Collegiate Entrepreneur. Ms. Quick-Andrews holds a B.S. degree cum laude in Business Management from Maryville College-St. Louis and was an Honors English student.

Jim AndrewsJim AndrewsJim Andrews, Principal, has over 17 years of practical system development, programming and training experience in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Information Systems from Maryville University. In addition, he has continually updated and expanded his knowledge on product advancements (hardware and software) through hundreds of hours of continuing education classes on new developments in the industry.

Kelley Field, Association Management Assistant, is an early career professional who enjoys the variety that association management offers. Kelley holds a B.A. degree in Education from Westminster College-Fulton, MO. Kelley is responsible for communications, membership management, financial management and meeting planning.
Susan WagnerSusan Wagner, Associate Director, offers over 18 years of association management experience. She has a proven track record as a leader in helping organizations bring their vision to life by reaching their objectives, congruent with their mission, through strategic planning and project management. Susan’s focus is on relationship development that enables her to work effectively with volunteer leadership teams to carry out the association’s mission-driven activities. Susan is a graduate of the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Prior to joining Q&A, Susan headed up the Commercial Division at the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
Eric McFall


Eric McFall, Accounting Professional, offers over 20 years of experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management and payroll. Eric is very familiar with QuickBooks, including various versions such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks 2017 and QuickBooks 2011. He is responsible for the processing of receivables, payables, invoicing, bank deposits, reporting, tax filings and any accounting related functions. Eric holds a B.A. degree in business administration from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois. Eric’s attention to detail is invaluable to the accounting function of Q&A Business Solutions.
Dena Woods


Dena Woods is an Association Administrative and Communications Assistant who works with associations to assist in event planning, meeting management, digital and print communications, content marketing management and many other tasks. Dena believes that communication is the key to success for any association or company. She has acquired roles in many different industries and companies including the University of Missouri – St. Louis, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Monsanto, American Soybean Association and Saint Louis Science Center, to name a few. Dena holds a B.A. in media communications from Webster University in St. Louis.
Kristine ScottKris Scott, has over 25 years of administrative and executive assistant experience and over 10 years of customer service experience.  In addition to these roles, Kris has also been actively engaged as an event and meeting planner.  Kris ensures any on or off-site, industry meeting or special event, runs smoothly as the participants engage, learn and network.
Jeff DeckerJeff DeckerJeff Decker, Network Administrator, has over 15 years’ experience in Information Technology working on large, medium, and small networking environments. He holds an Associate Of Technology degree from Ranken Technical College, where he graduated with Honors, as well as his MSCE, and A+ certifications. Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with all assets of Computer Hardware, software, security, and networking. His customer service skills and experience makes him a tremendous asset to Q&A.
